To be or not to be

To be or not to be, that is the question one must decide for themselves. There is no doubt a many obstacle in the world today, that tries to hinder humans from doing what they were meant to do, create. However, obstacles can be over come, so long as the person who has a desire wishes to over come them. No one in this world is going to answer the above question for you, to be or not to be, is the question you decide. What a person desires for their lives is completely up to them, contrary to what many are raised to believe. Some are raised to believe that God has a specific course of action that He wishes for each individual, so religious up bringing tries to answer that question for the individual in place of the individual. They then tell people that it is their great quest to discover what it is that God wants them to do, so they head blindly down the path seeking an answer to the question that only they themselves can know. Does God have a purpose for every human being on the face of the planet? Does he pick and choose prior to conception what it is HE wants everyone to do, then, sends them off into the cosmos to discover it? I highly doubt it. That kind of thinking goes directly against reason and logic, and we know that God is a God of reason and logic. Let me say here briefly that much of what organized religion teaches is contrary to reason and logic, and therefore, against God. All one has to do is realize that most people in the world, are not born out of the sheer desire of their parents at the time. Most are accidents from a brief few moments of passion. Religion would have you believe that God was inspiring your parents to have sex so that you could be born, if that was true, was he inspiring the rapist to have sex with his victim, so that a child born out of a rape could be conceived? That would make God no better than a rapist. So the answer to that question is, logically, no. If that is the case, that God is not inspiring all of humanity at specific moments in time to have sex to create specific people, for specific purposes that he delved out prior to their creation, then it would stand to reason that God is not asking that people go on a blind expedition to find out what exactly His purpose for their lives are. Most, if not all organized religions teach this. I know that for the most part what I am saying here is going to upset some people. Especially those who have been on this journey, and have invested much of their lives in the pursuit of it. I know the feeling, I too was once on this journey, trying desperately to find the purpose that God had created me for. I agonized over it for a long time, not wanting to believe that perhaps God had not delved out a specific purpose for my life, and that finding any purpose was now left up to me. Nothing could scare a person more than having to make that decision on their own. I realize that it is a scary decision, especially because it seems that you are leaving one blind path for another, and it can feel that way. But to those who know the truth, the truth will set them free. I have known people who have found out this truth, left the one path and headed down the other, without knowing where they were going, again, trading one for the other. There is no difference if you do not know what it is you are looking for. The answer to the question, "to be or not to be" is, "is that it is something one must decide for themselves. But how do you do that? Very simple. What is it you desire the most? What is it that makes YOU happy?
Most of us are stuck doing things that we don't like to do, and unfortunately that is the way of the world at times, but the cycle can be broken, the hurdles can be jumped, no matter how high or how many. There is an old saying, "Can't never could" - while there is some truth to that, I tell people that :can't never wanted to." Reaching the place you desire is solely based on your actions, and how bad you really want something. Anything can be accomplished, the only thing that stands in the way, is how much time, and sacrifice you are willing to put into achieving your desires? All one has to do, is look deep into their own hearts, see what it is they desire most, and then count the costs. Yes, their will be some costs, and depending on the nature of your desire, some will come with more costs than others, but that's where the next step comes in, how bad do you want it? Are you willing to go through life, doing things that do not make you happy, or are you willing to sacrifice, at all costs, anything that hinders you from achieving those goals. Now let me say here, in case i am misunderstood by some to take this truth and use it to harm others, or to sacrifice other peoples lives or time to achieve this goal, that that is not what I am saying. Any type of injury to another's life, liberty or property in order to achieve your goals is not a hurdle to cross, in fact, it is tyranny at its best. Your desires should be about creating, not destroying.

Now, we are not excluding God in any of this, and we are not saying that the whole of Gods creation did not have a purpose. But the purpose of mankind is to find his desires and go after them, so long as those desires create not destroy. God is not opposed to our desires. In fact, the ancient text of Psalm says this; "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires." - God gave mankind his own free will, he then turns around and gives the earth to man, and says; "And God blesseth them, and God saith to them, `Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over fish of the sea, and over fowl of the heavens, and over every living thing that is creeping upon the earth.'" - The word subdue is very important, in fact John Locke talks about it in his Two treaties of Government, that all of mankind was meant to subdue the earth. But what does subdue mean? It literally means to conquer, to bring under subjection. Is God telling us to conquer the earth, and bring it under our subjugation? In a way, yes. According to Locke, Gods instructions, were to take what God had created, and find ways of using it for our benefit, to use it for our good. God created the earth so that mankind could find ways of using that creation for his life and happiness. This right belongs to everyone, not just a select few, as John Locke was arguing. The ancient text of Peter, his second letter says; "as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness.." Knowing this means that we understand that whatever is in the earth, that God created, we can use to benefit our lives, to sustain our lives, to enrich our lives, and make us happy. Again, any abuse of this is not what we refer to, that is tyranny, even against nature.

What this is showing is that though God was actively apart of aiding us in the sustianing our lives, he does not take active part to make sure we turn those things into aspects that sustains us, that is our job. If God was to spoon feed us everything we would never achieve what it is all of mankind was created for and that is self sufficient in His sufficiency, that literally means, to use what he has created for our lives, to achieve our desires, to reach our goals.

Therefore we conclude that the answer to the question, to be or not to be, is, entirely up to us. The tools are available, creation exists for our benefit, our happiness. The hurdles are there, they are to be over come as well. We have it in us to over come them, to leap great bounds, and achieve great things. I heard once that if you can think it you can do it. How true, find what it is you desire and go after it. To be or not to be, that is the question one must decide for themselves.
